As many of you know, I have been traveling in Radiology for the greater part of the last 24 years of my 31 years in healthcare. You may also know that my son and I started a fun little side vlog just prior to the plandemic, but during the last couple of years, we have had to changed directions several times as we navigated the health’less’care nightmare. However, as I am able, I am still visiting coffee shops, roasteries and sharing just plain good coffee.

I am finishing up an assignment in Osage Beach, MO and was fortunate to connect with a couple who have their own local roastery. Although I do not have a lot of photos, I was privileged to be given a tour of their roastery and watch (SMELL) the beauties of their espresso roast actually being roasted (see the video below). I was also picked up a few bags of my favorites.
